About me

Kym Hood joined Calnan Property in 2015 as a part time Property Consultant. In her first year, Kym was awarded Part Time Sales Person of The Year and invited to speak at the annual Real Estate Seminar, under an Australia wide ethics based training system. Kym quickly progressed to become a highly successful full time Property Consultant which she enjoyed for many years. Kym has recently transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager at Calnan Property, for both the Sales and Property Management teams.

Kym’s positive attitude, professionalism and attention to detail, give her a competitive edge when negotiating contracts. Kym has earned a reputation for expert industry knowledge and is well known for helping her clients maximise their return on investment. Her results driven approach and swift problem solving skills leave each Calnan Property client with positive experiences and raving reviews. Kym’s passion for Real Estate is based on her love of people and property, particularly in future development potential and subdivisions. When asked about her success in Real Estate, Kym said “I am an enthusiastic, approachable, energetic person who operates with honesty and integrity. I strive to achieve the absolute best result for my clients and to provide an exceptional service, well above their highest expectations”.

With an eye for detail and design, Kym enjoys pursuing her love of couture dressmaking during her spare time. A mum of two teenagers, Kym can be found spending the rest of her days with her family, fishing, boating, walking her dog and cooking up a storm.
