About me
A born and bred Applecross resident, Rhys Calnan has lived and breathed real estate from a very young age. The third son to founder Ross Calnan, Rhys enjoyed growing up in a family who owned such a prominent Applecross real estate agency. After spending some time overseas in Winnipeg & Toronto, Rhys has since returned to Perth and the family business to take on the responsibility as Director and Licensee at Calnan Property.
Through his attention to detail, commitment and unwavering dedication to always put his client’s needs first, Rhys has built a solid foundation as a real estate agent and director in the Perth property market community. With over 15 years experience at Calnan Property, he has assisted various clients throughout WA find their forever home time and time again. Passionate about the community in which he grew up in, Rhys continues to enjoy working with new clients each day as he invests his skills into the family business. By solving problems and listening to clients' philosophy stories and experiences, Rhys maintains his reputation as an experienced, thoughtful and results driven agent that continues to exceed his client’s expectations.
When he finds time to relax, Rhy’s enjoys reading biographies & non-fiction, cooking, reading, eating out and exploring Fremantle with the occasional trips to the South West.
